THE SITUATION
As Care Assure continued to grow, there was a need to strengthen how their story, impact, and professionalism were communicated. Their expanding services and community presence required consistent, high-quality content and branded materials to reflect their progress and support future opportunities.

VIDEO STORYTELLING
MILCO produced a series of client story videos capturing authentic experiences within the Care Assure community. This included an end-of-year (EOY) video celebrating people and moments across the organisation, along with a 2025 growth and success video highlighting key milestones and achievements.
CLIENT PROPOSAL TEMPLATE
We designed a clear and professional client proposal template that Care Assure can easily customise for each client’s needs - while maintaining consistency, structure, and confidence in how their services are presented.
BUSINESS COLLATERAL
MILCO developed essential branded documents, including email signatures and letterheads, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, polished, and aligned with the Care Assure identity. This also included advice and suggestions to tweak the logo making it more contemporary.
